AIDS Task Force
A consortium of local agencies and community members who have an interest in issues that affect Humboldt residents living with HIV/AIDS. Meets 3rd Wednesday of each month, 12:00pm to 1:30pm at the Adorni Center in Eureka. All are welcome. For information, contact Scott Mitchell at (707) 268-2138.

The Fruits of Sobriety (Gay Alcoholics Anonymous Group)

HIV Kids is a nonprofit organzation of volunteers whose mission is to provide food, clothing, shelter, and happiness to children and families who are infected, affected, or orphaned by HIV/AIDS. Your support is needed; all donations go directly to client services and are tax-deductible.

Tobacco Education Network
Tobacco Education Network (TEN) is a group of professional and private citizens working together for a tobacco-free Humboldt County. The lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community smokes more than the population at large. Joining our coalition offers a chance to put tobacco issues on the community’s agenda. The Tobacco Education Network will benefit from your input. We meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 3:30pm to 5:00pm in the Conference Room, Second Floor of the Times Standard Building, 930 6th Street, Eureka.
